Westside Residence

Following the well-deserved popularity of the construction and sales of Dagály Residence’s 140 apartments, Biggeorge Property is about to launch its newest development in 13th district’s Bulcsú Street.

Constructed on more than 3500 sqm, according to the preliminary plans, the project will comprise of 206 apartments, 10 retail units and 229 parking places serving the comfort of all residents.

Situated in a desirable area of the quickly evolving district, close to the center and the offices of Váci Street, the location is ideal from all aspects. The infrastructure of the neighborhood is excellent, while on the opposite plot of 9 acres the soon to be launched project of Central Park promises an even smarter and more livable city to all generations. West End City Center, the market of Lehel Square, numerous service units, shops, kindergartens and schools are all within fingertips. With Lehel Square, a station of various bus- and tramlines along with the M3 metro line being within a few minutes of walk, the project is easily approachable by public transport as well.

The building gets constructed on the corner of Szabolcs and Bulcsú Streets, with its main facade looking over this latter. This is where we can enter the hallways and the underground garage. In accordance with the regulations, the facade will also feature a 3,5 metres wide arcade. Both street fronts of the building will host commercial units on the ground floor, while the internal sides looking over the courtyard will accommodate apartments. All upper floors will consist of residential properties.

Waterfront City
3rd district Danube riverside – under design

The 5 acres of this project situated on the Danube’s side in Óbuda offer one of the most exciting development opportunities of Budapest with a unique connection to the riverbank. By rehabilitating this traditionally industrial area, the neighborhood can finally rekindle its relationship with the lively capital.

As a nod to the previous purpose of the location, embracing the memory of the old Óbudai Szeszgyár factory of alcoholic beverages, we preserve and integrate the protected, iconic mill and chimney as featured on the plans. Following the renovation and conversion, the old industrial plant will serve commercial, hopsitality and office functions. As part of the walkway starting from Kolosy tér, a promenade across the 50.000 sqm plot will connect the project to Fő tér, the main square of Óbuda within 600 m. Furthermore, even a section of an international cycle path towards Szentendre passes by the area.

The buildings were designed by the creators of many high-quality residential and public buildings, in Hajnal Architecture Office, associated with Zsolt Hajnal, Ybl award winning architecht.

In the first phase of Waterfront City, two 13-story buildings and one 9-story building will be built, with a total of 269 flats. In these buildings, with flats ranging from 28 m2 studio flats to 145 m2 penthouses with large terraces, everyone can find their ideal home. 92% of the flats have a terrace, and some of them have garden access.

In the second phase of Waterfront City, a total of 169 flats will be built in a 13-story building. Here, those seeking a new home can choose from a selection ranging from 26 m2 studio flats to 59 m2 three-room flats. The flats will be delivered in the first quarter of 2022. 80% of the flats have a terrace.

Our buildings will be taller than average (the 13-story and the 9-story buildings will be 45 and 34 metres high, respectively); therefore, the flats will offer an amazing panoramic view to the Buda Hills, the Óbudai-sziget, the Danube and the city.

The homes will typically have huge glass surfaces and airy, bright spaces. However, thanks to the ceiling heating and cooling system, the temperature will always be optimal. Storage rooms on the parking and residential floors can also be purchased together with the flats.

Parking will be possible in the dedicated indoor garage. On the ground floor, service provider units, catering units and commercial units, offices and a gym will be set up.
